Refunds

Due to being a small business, we are currently not accepting returns on the orders, but do let us know in case of an issue and we will be happy to help you.

Damages and Issues

We’re happy to take care of return shipping charges for products that arrive damaged, so you can shop with peace of mind. 

If a damaged product reaches you please write to us at kiddiewinkwardrobe@gmail.com within 3 days and we will be happy to assist you. An unboxing video without cuts is essential.
All tags must be intact and the product must show no signs of wear, stains, or damage(other than shown in unboxing video) and the product should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Any product that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

We offer exchange only in the following cases:
Size issue
Damaged product

An unboxing video without cuts is essential for exchange. 
We offer exchanges within 3 days of the item bought.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
All tags must be intact and the product must show no signs of wear, stains, or damage and the product should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Any product that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.
Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and exchanging item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
